After years of struggling with all-or-nothing approaches to health and fitness, I realised sustainable wellbeing had very little to do with perfection — and everything to do with structure, mindset and consistency.
Motherhood deepened that perspective even further.
It shifted my focus away from aesthetics towards:

• nervous system regulation
• longevity
• mental wellbeing
• sustainable habits that support real life
Because the truth is — health looks very different when you’re navigating motherhood, busy schedules, mental load and changing seasons of life.
